In your Bit2Me account, you can access the history of programmed recurring purchases to get a general and specific overview of each one of them.
To access the list of programmed recurring purchases, follow these steps:
If you access from the mobile APP.
- From your account, access the side menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines that you will find in the upper left corner.
- In the menu, tap on the "Scheduled operations" option that you will find in the "Operations" block.
- Select the "Recurring" tab to see the list of all your recurring orders. You can search for specific recurring orders by filtering by active or inactive orders as well as by currency.
By tapping on a recurring order from the list, the order details will open so you can review and cancel it if you wish.
If you access from the web.
- From your account, access the Wallet section that you will find in the left side menu.
- While in the Wallet, tap on the "Scheduled operations" option that you will find in the first module on the left side of the screen.
- Select the "Recurring" tab to see the list of all your recurring orders. You can search for specific recurring orders by filtering by active or inactive orders as well as by currency.
By tapping on a recurring order from the list, the order details will open so you can review and cancel it if you wish.
