How to download a certificate of ownership?

From Bit2Me, you can currently generate and download two types of official ownership certificates quickly, which are: Certificate of Account Ownership and the Certificate of Account Ownership and Balance.


 Below, we explain how to obtain these important certificates:


From the mobile APP

  1. Tap on the three horizontal lines you will find in the upper left corner of the screen to access the side menu and tap on the first option to open the profile and settings menu of your account.

  2. In the first block of the menu about "Your account information," tap on "Your account documentation".

  3. Select the "Certificate of account ownership" option or the "Certificate of account ownership and balance" option.

  4. After a few seconds, the chosen certificate will be generated and you will be able to download it or send it directly.


From the Web

  1. Click on your profile picture or icon that you will see in the upper right corner of the screen and in the dropdown, access the "Profile and settings" section.
  2. In the first block of the menu about "Your account information," click on "Your account documentation".

  3. Select the "Certificate of account ownership" option or the "Certificate of account ownership and balance" option.

  4. After a few seconds, the chosen certificate will be generated and you will be able to download and store it on your PC.

Important: Currently, it is only possible to download them from the mobile application. By downloading them, you will obtain PDF documents certified by Bit2Me with your basic registration data that identify you as the owner and holder of your accounts in Bit2Me.
