How can I check my transactions with Bit2Me card once deleted?

Although your Bit2Me card has been deleted, you can still view the history of the transactions you made with it. To access these movements, follow the steps below:


If you access from the APP

To access the movements of your deleted card from the APP, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Bit2Me App and log in to your account.

  2. Tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner to open the side menu.

  3. Scroll down and go to the "Card" section.

  4. Within "Card", tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select the "Deleted Cards" option.

  5. There you will see the deleted card and, just below, a list with all the movements that were made with it.

If you access from the WEB

To access the movements of your deleted card from the web, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your account through the web by clicking here.

  2. In the left side menu, click on "Card".

  3. In the right column of the screen, click on "Deleted Cards".

  4. There you will see the deleted card and, just below, a list with all the movements that were made with it.


The deletion of your Bit2Me Card may be due to the following reasons:

  • Virtual Cards: For security and efficient management, virtual cards that show no activity for a period of 3 months may be automatically deleted due to lack of use.

  • Physical Cards: Physical cards are not deleted due to lack of use. The only way for a physical card to be deleted is if the user deletes it manually from their account.
