In case you have lost your physical Bit2Me Card, you need to follow a series of steps to avoid any complications.

We explain them below:

Turn it off from your Bit2Me app or the Web

The first thing you should do is 'disable or pause' your Bit2Me Card immediately to prevent unwanted charges. To do this:

  1.  Go to the 'Card' section in the left-side menu.
  2. Go to the physical card details.
  3. Press Disable/ Pause

Inform Pecunia Cards

The next step is to contact Pecunia Cards, by calling the phone number +34 900 264 741 or by emailat  servicioatencioncliente@pecuniacards.es  to report the loss.

Delete the card permanently

The final step would be to permanently delete the Bit2Me Card. Deleting a Bit2Me Card is a permanent and irreversible action. Once deleted, the card will be inoperative forever and cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.

Important: It is important to remember that you cannot delete a Bit2Me Card if there are some pending transactions.

Even if your Bit2Me card is deleted, you can still check the transactions you have made with it.
