I have lost my physical Bit2Me Card, what should I do?

In case you have lost your physical Bit2Me Card, you have to follow several steps in order to avoid further complications. It is more than likely that it may happen to all of us once in our lives. We use our debit/credit cards almost every day, as we carry less and less cash with us and therefore it is possible that we may lose our credit card.


Here are the steps you need to follow:


Step 1: Disable the card from your Bit2Me app


The first action you should take is to 'disable' the card immediately to avoid unwanted charges. To do this, you must enter the left side menu of the Bit2Me app, go to 'Card' and select the physical card tab, clicking on "Disable" button.


Step 2: Report to Pecunia Cards


The next step is to contact Pecunia Cards by phone at +34 900 264 741 or by e-mail at servicioatencioncliente@pecuniacards.es letting them know about the card loss.
