Do I need to register to use Bit2Me's services?


It depends on which service you want to use, as Bit2Me has more than 20 services. Many services can be used without a user account, such as Bit2Me Academy, Bit2Me Converter, etc...

If your goal is to buy, sell, store, send, receive, or exchange cryptocurrencies, trade, use the Bit2Me Card, stake, or use any other product from our suite, you will need to have a registered and verified account.

What types of documents are accepted for registration on Bit2Me?


At Bit2Me, we accept identity documents from more than 100 countries worldwide. To verify your account, the accepted identity document will depend on your country of residence, and it must contain a photo of the holder, be valid at the time of registration, and be in good condition. How long does the registration validation process take?


The validation process for new users is automatic and takes a few minutes; however, some verifications require manual review depending on the user profile and may take up to 48 business hours.

Due to the identity verification procedures we are required to follow by existing regulations, this validation time is an estimate and may experience delays depending on the demand from new users at any given time.


Due to existing regulations and the due compliance with them, the times for validation processes cannot currently be faster than those currently set.


How can you know the validation status of your account?


To comply with legal requirements, Bit2Me may request more information from its clients. For this reason, a message of VERIFICATION PENDING may appear in the IDENTITY section. You will need to open the form and follow the instructions to complete the verification.


Important: The process of validating your account on Bit2Me is generally fast. After registering, the team will review your data. If there is any problem with the verification, they will contact you by email to tell you the steps to follow.
