Deposit Euro by bank transfer

To make a deposit by bank transfer to your Bit2Me account, follow the steps below:

Click on the operations button, a blue square in the horizontal menu that you will find at the bottom of the screen in the mobile APP, or in the upper right corner if you access from the web.
Click on the "Deposit" option.
Select the "Deposit euros" option.
Choose "Bank transfer" as the deposit method, indicate the amount you want to deposit and click on Continue .
In the last window we provide you with our bank details so you can copy them and make the transfer from your bank account.

Important:

In Bit2Me you will only see our bank details so that you can process a transfer from your bank account. It is from your bank that you will indicate the final amount you want to transfer to your Bit2Me account.
When making the transfer from your bank, you must not forget to add the reference code as the concept to identify your user account at Bit2Me when your transfer arrives. If you have forgotten to add it, consult the article: What to do if I have not entered the correct reference?
Only transfers are accepted if the holder of the source bank account matches the registered holder at Bit2Me.
If you make the transfer from a shared bank account, we may ask you for a shared account certificate. This is because we may receive the transfer in the name of the other holder.
