When you access the screen on your Bit2Me account where the bank details appear so you can make a deposit by bank transfer, you are always given a reference code that you must add as a concept in all your transfers.
Example of Subject / Reference: KVYV5KS87Y3D
The code that will be shown in your account is personal and will be what identifies you as a user so that the automated system credits the balance in your wallet within the estimated deadlines. See article: How long does a bank transfer (deposit or withdrawal) take to be processed?.
If, when making a transfer, you forget to add this reference code by mistake, it is possible that the funds will take longer than estimated to be credited or even that the destination Bit2Me account will not be identified. In case you have not entered the reference or have detected an error in it, send us the bank transfer receipt to info@bit2me.com. |
