How to proceed if I didn't put the correct reference?

In order to identify your purchase it's always necessary to add in your bank transfer the reference number we indicate as a Subject / Reference. Keep in mind that the text you are required to add is the same if transfer is made to the same wallet. If you want to use another wallet the reference is different.
