What happens if the bank account holder does not match the Bit2Me user?

To make a purchase by a bank transfer you must be the bank account holder if this is not the case, you have 3 solutions:

  • if you have a shared account -> send us the receipt where both names are shown info@bit2me.com 
  • money refund -> you have to send us the bank details (IBAN and NAME)
  • the account holder has to sign up and we will process the transaction.
