If you need to access your Google Authenticator verification codes from a new device, whether due to a phone change, loss, or because you want to access your codes from another device, this article will guide you step by step. By following these options, your verification codes will always be within reach: 

Recover the code synchronized in the cloud

To recover the code synchronized in your Google Account's cloud:

1. From the device where you want to recover the 2FA, download the Google Authenticator application for Android or iOS.
   
   
2. Open and log in with the same Google account you used to synchronize the codes on your previous device.
   
   
3. When you access your Google account, your verification codes will automatically synchronize and appear in the application.

Transfer code from one device to another.

If you use a GOOGLE account and want to transfer the Code from an old device to a new one, you will need to transfer your Google Authenticator accounts from one mobile to another:

1. On your old phone:
   • Open Google Authenticator.
   • Go to Menu (⋮) > Transfer accounts > Export accounts.
   • Select the accounts you want to move and a QR code will be generated.
     
     
2. On your new phone:
   • Open Google Authenticator.
