Biometric access is a technological system that allows you to authenticate with your fingerprint, facial recognition, or iris (depending on the functionalities available on each mobile device or tablet).
Having biometric access activated on your mobile device or tablet will ensure that only you can access the app on the device where you have activated it, and it will also make it easier for you to access the application without needing passwords.
Before activating biometric access, you must have the access PIN activated: How to activate the APP access PIN?
To activate it, follow these steps:
- From the APP, tap on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner and from the main menu, access the Profile and settings menu.
- In the security block, activate the Biometric access option.
- Read the information and tap on the Activate biometric access button.
- Scan your fingerprint or face to set up biometric access, and YOU'RE DONE!.
Important: The PIN and biometric access settings are stored in the cookies of the application you have installed on the device, so they will only be valid for access from that device through the application. If you have activated the PIN or biometric access on your mobile device and you access from a different device or from the web, you will be prompted for the usual procedure to access: email and password, 2FA/SMS, and device authorization via email. |
