How to change your phone number on Bit2Me?

To change the registered and linked phone number in your Bit2Me account, please follow these steps: 

From the mobile app.

1. Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the top-left corner of the screen to access the dropdown menu, then select the first option to open the Profile and settings menu.
   
   
2. In the first module of your account information, tap on the pencil icon where your phone number is displayed to modify it.
   
   
3. Enter the new phone number you wish to register and tap the button  Send verification SMS .
   
   
4. Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
   
   
5. You will receive an SMS to your old phone number with a 4-digit code, which you must enter on the designated screen in Bit2Me and tap the button to verify the change.

From the Web.

1. Click on your profile picture or icon in the top-right corner of the screen and access the Profile and settings option from the menu.
   
   
2. In the first module of your account information, click on the pencil icon where your phone number is displayed to modify it.
   
   
3. Enter the new phone number you wish to register and click the button  Send verification SMS .
