Why was my verification denied?

At Bit2Me, we do everything possible to help users and offer a quality service in compliance with current regulations, and for this, it is necessary to have your identity verified. 


If your verification is being denied, please review the following points carefully: 

  1. Before starting the process, you must grant access permissions to your camera and microphone.
    When starting the verification process from the APP, you will be prompted to activate them directly. Otherwise, you must go to your device's settings and permission configuration and accept the access permissions for the mobile camera and microphone for the Bit2Me APP. If, on the other hand, you start the verification process from the web, to take the document photos you will need to scan the QR code with your mobile device to continue.

  2. Document status.
    The document you use to verify your account must be in good condition and valid. Damaged or expired documents will not be accepted.

  3. Image quality. 
    The image must be legible. When taking the photo, make sure all parts of the document are clearly visible and without glare.

  4. Wrong document.
    To verify your identity, you must provide a document accepted by us, and this may depend on your current country of residence. To check the accepted documents, access the following article: What type of documents are accepted for registration on Bit2Me?

  5. If the above points have been checked and the error persists, the procedure could be rejected due to device and/or browser/web browser incompatibility. At this point, we recommend trying to perform the verification with another device.

Important: Bit2Me may restrict the offer of its services and products and not complete the verification process for persons: 

  • Under 18 years of age.
  • Users in unsupported countries. Check the supported countries here.
  • Natural or legal persons included in the sanctions lists of the EU, OFAC, the UK, or any applicable sanctions list.
Verification must be carried out through the enabled checking services; we do not offer the possibility of verification by post, email, or in person.
