At Bit2Me, we do our best to help our users and offer a quality service in compliance with current regulations and for this it is necessary to have your identity verified. If your verification is being denied, please check the following points carefully:
- Before starting the process you have to give access permissions to your camera.
When you start the verification process from the APP, you will be requested to activate permissions directly. Otherwise you need to access the settings of your device and accept the permissions to access the camera for the Bit2Me APP. If you start the verification process from the web, you need to scan the QR with your mobile device in order to continue.
- Document status.
The document you verify your account with, must be valid and in good condition. Damaged or expired documents will not be accepted.
- Image quality.
The image must be legible. When taking the photograph, make sure that all parts of the document are clearly visible without glare.
- Wrong document.
In order to verify your identity you must provide a document accepted by us and this may depend on the country where you currently reside. Please see in the following article the documents accepted: What kind of documents are supported for Bit2Me registration?
- If the above points have been checked and the error persists, the procedure may rejected due to device and/or browser/web browser incompatibility. At this point we recommend you try to perform the verification with another device.
Important: Bit2Me may restrict the offer of its services and products and do not complete the verification process of people: - Under 18 years of age.
- Users of unsupported countries. Check here the admitted countries.
- Individuals or legal entities included in the EU, OFAC, UK or any applicable sanctions lists.
Verification must be made through the verification services enabled for this purpose, not offering the possibility of making verifications by postal mail, e-mail or in person. |
