Why was my verification denied?

  1. Before starting the process you have to accept/activate your camera.
    We need you to follow the instructions and for that reason the activation of your camera or webcam is required.

  2. Poor webcam quality 
    You have to use a device with a visible quality and without reflections.

  3. Wrong document
    To verify your identity you must use your PASSPORT or IDENTITY CARD, driver's license is not accepted..

  4. Identity card or face not correctly focused in the indicated box

  5. Identity card is damaged, cut or broken

  6. Depending on country of nationality or residencewe may reserve the right to review the verification process manually.
