If you are having trouble accessing your Bit2Me account, don't worry. Below, we provide a series of steps and checks you can follow to solve the most common login issues.

Follow these instructions in order to rule out possible causes and regain access to your account securely.

  1. Check your login details
    • Make sure the email and password you are using are correct and are the ones you provided during registration. If you registered using a third-party service, remember to always log in by clicking on Log in with Google or Log in with Apple.
    • If you do not remember your password or are unsure, we recommend resetting it. Follow the steps indicated in the article: How to recover my password?
  2. Check your browser and extensions
    • Disable extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with the login process. Try disabling them all temporarily.
    • Use incognito mode:Try accessing from an incognito window, as extensions and other components are usually disabled in this mode.
      • In the top right corner of your browser, click on More and then on New incognito window.
      • A new window will open. From there, try to access your account through www.bit2me.com.
    • Update your browser: Confirm that your browser is updated to the latest available version to ensure compatibility and security.
    • Update your operating system: If you use a mobile device, verify that both the operating system and the Bit2Me app are updated. Old systems or browsers may not be compatible with our security protocols.
  3. Check your internet connection
    • Avoid VPNs and Proxies: Do not use VPN or Proxy services (such as NordVPN, Surfshark, ExpressVPN, etc.), as they can hide your real location and are incompatible with our security processes.
    • Switch networks: If you are using a Wi-Fi network, try switching to your mobile data (5G/4G) or another Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, home or public networks have configurations that can cause conflicts.
  4. Try with another device
    • If the problem persists after following the steps above, try accessing from a different device. For example, if you were using your phone, try doing it from a computer. This will help rule out if the problem is specific to your current device.

If you are still unable to access your account after performing these checks, please contact our support team by opening a ticket and explaining your case in as much detail as possible.
