How do I close my user account?

When you request the closure of your account, a account closure will be carried out, terminating the business relationship with Bit2Me. This means that you will no longer be able to access it. Therefore, it is important to follow the steps below prior to your request:


Before requesting the closure: 

  1. Withdraw all funds from your account,leaving the balance at 0. We will not be able to process your request if there are funds in the account:
  2. Download the activity and transaction history for all the years you have operated: How to export all activity in Bit2Me?


Closure Request:

To close your Bit2Me account, send your request to verifications@bit2me.com or by clicking here, indicating in the subject line: Account closure request.


Important

  • The closure will be processed within 14 days of your request.
  • If you wish to use your account again in the future, you must request reactivation by writing to verifications@bit2me.com.
  • Requesting account closure does not prevent the account data from being reported to authorities and public bodies that require it.
