It is important to keep the tax information of your Bit2Me account up to date. Therefore, if you have changed your place of tax residence and want to register your new postal address in your Bit2Me account, you must update your place of residence in your profile. To do this, follow the steps indicated below:
If you access from the mobile APP:
- Access the side menu by clicking on the three horizontal lines that you will find in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Access the profile and configuration menu of your account by clicking on the first option where your name will be reflected.
- In the first block of information of your account, click on the option "Personal data".
- In the box where your previous tax address is reflected, click on the pencil icon to add your new address.
- To finish and register your new address, click on Confirm your new address .
If you access from the WEB:
- Click on your profile picture or icon that you will see in the upper right corner of the screen.
- From the menu that will be displayed, click on the first option of "Profile and configuration".
- In the first block of information of your account, click on the option "Personal data".
- In the box where your previous tax address is reflected, click on the pencil icon to add your new address.
- To finish and register your new address, click on Confirm address .
Important: If the change of address implies a change of country of residence, you must provide proof to that effect (registration, direct debit payment, rental contracts, etc.) through a ticket |
