It's important to keep your Bit2Me account's tax information up to date. Therefore, if you have changed your tax residence and wish to register your new postal address in your Bit2Me account, you must update your place of residence in your profile. To do so, follow the steps below:
If accessing from the mobile app:
- Access the side menu by tapping on the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen.
- Access your account's profile and settings menu by tapping on the first option where your name is displayed.
- In the first information block of your account, tap on the "Personal data" option.
- Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
- In the field where your previous tax address is displayed, tap on the pencil icon to add your new address.
- To finalize and register your new address, tap on Confirm your new address .
If accessing from the web:
- Click on your profile picture or icon that you'll see in the top right corner of the screen.
- From the dropdown menu, click on the first option, "Profile and settings".
- In the first information block of your account, click on the "Personal data" option.
- Enter the verification code from your 2FA app or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
- In the field where your previous tax address is displayed, click on the pencil icon to add your new address.
- To finalize and register your new address, click on Confirm address .
Important: If the change of address implies a change of country of residence, you must provide proof that certifies it (such as a certificate of registration, direct debit payment, rental contracts, etc.) via a ticket |
