Requesting your physical Bit2Me Card is a quick and simple process carried out directly from the Bit2Me app or website. In this guide, we explain the requirements and steps you must follow.

To ensure the process is successful, please check that you meet the following requirements:
- Residence: You must have fiscal residence in Spain (for shipments within the territory) or in one of the countries belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA). Check In which countries is Bit2Me Card available?
Currently, for users in Argentina, only the virtual Bit2Me Card is available; it is not possible to request or activate the physical card. |
- Euro Balance: The card issuance fee is paid from your Euro wallet. Make sure you have sufficient balance before starting the process. For the highest levels of Space Center, the issuance fee is free. Check Bit2Me Card - Fees and limits
Verification for users with Spanish nationality:
If you have Spanish nationality, your Bit2Me account must be verified with your DNI to be able to request the card. If you registered using another document (such as a passport) and wish to request the Bit2Me Card, please contact our support team so we can help you.
Steps to request your card from the app or web:
- Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the "Card" section.
- At the top of the screen, you will see two tabs. Click on ‘Physical’.
- Click on the main button that says I want my physical Bit2Me Card .
- The application will select your Euro wallet by default.
- Carefully type the address where you wish to receive your card. Review it well before confirming.
- Accept the terms and finalize the payment. To complete the process, you must read and accept the terms and conditions of Pecunia, our payment service provider.
Once the payment is completed, your request will be in process. You will receive your card at the indicated address in the next few business days.
Important: Once the request is confirmed, you cannot modify the shipping address. Make sure all details (street, number, postal code, city) are correct to avoid delivery issues. Bit2Me reserves the right to limit the use of the Bit2Me Card for security and prevention reasons.
