If you have forgotten your password or wish to change it for security reasons, please follow the steps detailed below:
From the mobile app
- When you open the app, tap on the Log in option.
- Tap on the Continue with email button.
- On the screen where you need to enter your login details (email and password), tap on the phrase "Forgot your password?" which appears highlighted in blue.
- In the next window, you must enter the email address you registered your account with and tap on Send link by email .
- Go to your email and open the email you received to recover your password. Check your inbox, spam, and/or promotions folders.
- In the email, tap on the button RESET YOUR PASSWORD which you will see highlighted in blue, and in the window that opens, enter your new password.
- Enter the verification code from your 2FA application or the SMS code that we will request on screen to securely confirm the operation.
From the web
- From the main page www.bit2me.com, click on Log In which you will see in the top right corner.
- In the login window, click on the phrase "Forgot your password?" which appears highlighted in blue.
- In the next window, you must enter the email address you registered your account with and click on Send link by email .
- Go to your email and open the email you received to recover your password. Check your inbox, spam, and/or promotions folders.
- In the email, click on the button RESET YOUR PASSWORD which you will see highlighted in blue, and in the window that opens, enter your new password.

Once you have confirmed the password change via the link received in your email, log in again using the new password you have set up.
