If you have forgotten your password or wish to change it for security reasons, follow the steps detailed below:
From the mobile APP
- When you open the application, tap on the Log in option.
- Tap on the Continue with email button.
- On the screen where you need to enter your login details (email and password), tap on the phrase "Forgot your password?" which appears highlighted in blue.
- In the next window, you must enter the email with which you registered your account and tap on Send link by email .
- Go to your email and open the email you will have received to recover your password. Check your inbox, spam, and/or promotions folders.
- In the email, tap on the RESET YOUR PASSWORD button that you will see highlighted in blue, and in the window that opens, enter your new password.
From the Web
- From the main page www.bit2me.com, click on Log In which you will see in the upper right corner.
- In the login window, click on the phrase "Forgot your password?" which appears highlighted in blue.
- In the next window, you must enter the email with which you registered your account and click on Send link by email .
- Go to your email and open the email you will have received to recover your password. Check your inbox, spam, and/or promotions folders.
- In the email, click on the RESET YOUR PASSWORD button that you will see highlighted in blue, and in the window that opens, enter your new password.
Once you have confirmed the password change from the link received in your email, log in again by entering the new password you have set.
