Where can I view the documentation I've been asked for?

Occasionally, Bit2Me may require additional information or documentation for reasons of regulatory compliance, regulation, security, and fraud prevention. You will find all these procedures and requests in the Document Center, a section where you can securely manage and upload the requested files.

1. How do I know I have something pending?

When we request documentation, we will notify you through various channels so you are always informed:

  • Email: You will receive a detailed email at the address registered in your account.

  • Push Notification: You will see a notification directly in your mobile app.

  • Notifications Center: An alert will appear in the bell icon located in the top right corner of the platform.

  • Profile Menu: You will find an alert symbol and a specific note within the profile and settings menu.

2. Steps to submit documentation

You can access the document panel in two ways: by clicking directly on the various notifications in the app or by manually navigating to the Documentation section within your settings. The steps are:

  1. Access the "Profile and Settings" menu: In your account, access the side menu (three horizontal lines in the top left corner if you're using the APP) and navigate to the profile and settings menu.

  2. Go to Documentation: Click on the "Account Documentation" section to view active requests.

  3. Submit Information: Select the request that requires attention and follow the instructions. If the request requires you to submit extra documentation, click the button  Submit Information  or the pencil icon.

    • If you need to submit documentation: Select the document type, upload the image or PDF (ensuring it is legible), and click  Send .

3. Document statuses

Once you have uploaded the information, you can check the status of the review using the status labels:

  • Document required: The document has not yet been submitted or the request is open.

  • Under review: The specialized team is validating the submitted documentation.

  • Accepted: The documentation has been validated correctly and meets the requirements.

  • Rejected: The document is invalid. In this case, the reason will be indicated in the request details so you can resubmit it correctly.

All these procedures and requests are available in the Document Center, a section where you can securely manage and upload the requested files.
