How to change your phone number in Bit2Me?

To change the phone number registered and linked to your Bit2Me account, you must follow these steps:

From the mobile APP.

Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the screen to access the drop-down menu and click on the first option to open the Profile and configuration menu.
In the first module of your account Information, tap on the pencil icon where your phone number appears to modify it.
Indicate the new phone number you wish to register and tap on the button Send verification SMS .
You will receive an SMS at the old phone number with a 4-digit code that you must enter on the screen provided for this in Bit2Me and click on the button to verify the change.

From the Web.

Tap on your profile picture or icon that you will see in the upper right corner of the screen and access the Profile and configuration option in the menu.

Important: If you need to access your account but no longer have access to the registered phone number, don't worry, we will help you recover it. Open a ticket with the subject: I need to change my registered phone number at Bit2Me or contact us via email at soporte@bit2me.com indicating your full name and a clear description of the problem you are experiencing.
