To change the email registered and linked to your Bit2Me account, you will need to follow these steps:
From the mobile APP
- Tap on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner to access the dropdown menu and go to the Profile and settings section, which you will find as the first option.
- In the first Account Information module of the Profile and settings menu, tap on the pencil icon in the email section.
- In the next window, enter the new email you want to register, your Bit2Me access password for security, and tap the Send verification email button.
- Go to your new email and in the verification email you will have received, confirm the email change so that it is correctly linked to your account.
From the Web
- From your Bit2Me account on the Web, click on your profile picture or icon that you will find in the upper right corner to access the Profile and settings menu.
- In the first Account Information module of the Profile and settings menu, click on the pencil icon in the email section.
- In the next window, enter the new email you want to register, your Bit2Me access password for security, and click the Send verification email button.
- Go to your new email and in the verification email you will have received, confirm the email change so that it is correctly linked to your account.
Important: If you have any difficulty completing the process when trying to modify your email, it is crucial that you contact Bit2Me support. You can do so by opening a Ticket or by sending an email to support@bit2me.com indicating your full name and a clear description of the problem you are experiencing. |
