I have chosen the wrong network to receive cryptocurrencies in Bit2Me, what can I do?

An incorrect cryptocurrency transfer between different wallets via the blockchain can lead to the total loss of funds.

If there has been an error when processing the transfer or you have entered incorrect data from the source platform, at Bit2Me we cannot guarantee recovery, but we will do everything possible to recover them.

For a transfer to arrive correctly to your Bit2Me account, it must have been made with a cryptocurrency supported on our platform and to the correct wallet address and network: What cryptocurrencies do we support at Bit2Me?

If you do not receive your funds in your Bit2Me account, in order for us to review it, please send us a ticket indicating the following information:

  • Currency sent.
  • Network used.
  • Transaction Hash / TxID of the transfer.

Important: We remind you that Bit2Me is not responsible for funds sent that do not comply with the established conditions, so we cannot guarantee that the cryptocurrencies sent can be recovered.

Recovery processes can be long and sometimes it may not be possible to recover them. When you send us the requested information, Bit2Me will only notify you when the recovery process has been completed successfully.
