How to delete my Bit2Me Card?

The action of deleting a physical or virtual card from Bit2Me is irreversible. Therefore, the user must make sure if he wants to do this action.
In order to delete a Bit2Me card, once you are sure you want to do so, please follow the steps below:
1. Access Card main page and select the type of card you wish to delete.
2.Select "Options" button as seen on the picture below.
3. Then select Delete card button.
4. A 6-digit code is generated on the same screen, which you must enter in the box to confirm the action.
5. At the end, you must confirm the operation by clicking on the 'Delete card' button in red.
IMPORTANT: It is important to remember that it is not possible to delete a card with pending transactions.
