How to delete my Bit2Me Card?

Deleting a Bit2Me Card is a permanent and irreversible action. Once deleted, the card will remain inoperative forever and cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.

Please ensure that you really wish to delete it before continuing with the process.

Steps to delete your Bit2Me Card from the app or web

If after considering the points above you still want to delete your card, these are the steps you must follow:

Log in to your Bit2Me account and go to the "Card" section. Select the card (physical or virtual) you wish to delete.
At the bottom of your card image, click the button Options
On the next screen, select the red button Delete
First, you will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code sent by Pecunia, our card provider. Enter this code on the screen to continue.
Next, the system will ask you to enter your personal secret code (the security code you created previously to make online purchases).
To finish the process, click the red button Delete one last time. Your card will be deleted instantly and permanently.

Important: It is important to remember that you cannot delete a Bit2Me Card that has pending transactions.
Even if your Bit2Me card is deleted, you can continue to check the transactions you made with it.
