How to receive cryptocurrencies?

In Bit2Me Wallet you can store all the cryptocurrencies and traditional currencies you want from among those supported.

To receive cryptocurrencies from the app, you can do it from the Dashboard, from the currency details or from the operations menu. Below we detail the steps to receive cryptocurrencies from the operations menu: 

1. Click on the "Operations" button. Blue square button that you will find in the horizontal menu at the bottom of the screen.
   
   
2. Click on the "Deposit" button.
   
   
3. From the options, click on "Receive crypto".
4. If you have accessed from the operations menu, select the currency you want to receive from the list.
   
   
5. Depending on the selected cryptocurrency you want to receive, there are two possible cases:
   1. The receipt of the cryptocurrency is only available on a blockchain network. If this is the case, we can go directly to the next step.
      
      
   2. If the chosen token accepts reception by different blockchain networks, a pop-up window will open where you must choose the network through which you want the cryptocurrency to be sent from the wallet of origin and through which you want to make the deposit in your Bit2Me wallet..
      
      

      Note: This choice is not random. It is important that the source blockchain from the platform you are sending to Bit2Me and the destination blockchain match.

      
      
6. Below is information about cryptocurrency receptions. Read it in detail and after understanding it, click the"I understood it" button.
7. Once accepted, the address of your wallet for the chosen network will appear and will be displayed in both QR and text format. This address is the one you must enter in the wallet of origin from which you are going to send the funds or share it with other people so that they can send you cryptocurrencies to Bit2Me.
   
   

   Note: There are cryptocurrencies that, in addition to including the blockchain address, you must include the reference (Tag / Memo / Ref) that appears on the screen. If the selected cryptocurrency requires it, be sure to enter it in the platform of origin, this reference allows us to associate your deposit to your wallet. The reference is because a shared blockchain address is used for that token, and its operation is very similar to the concept in a bank transfer. Failure to provide the reference if required may result in the loss of your assets.

   
   

8. fter sending from the wallet of origin to Bit2Me you can track the status from the platform of origin or by entering the hash that it will have provided you with in one of the many blockchain search engines.

9. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain your funds will appear instantly in your wallet and we will notify you both by email and by a notification through the mobile APP of their arrival.
