New regulations for UK residents

Due to the new regulations established in the United Kingdom, as of December 31 we will no longer be able to offer our services to its residents as we have been doing up to now. You will find all the information in the following link.

What is the country of tax residence?

It is the country where you live most of the year and where you file your income tax returns.

I am not a UK resident, what can I do?

If you reside in a country other than the UK and wish to continue trading with us, you must send us an official document proving your current tax residence, sending us a utility bill (water, electricity, internet, census certificate, etc) less than 6 months old to verifications@bit2me.com

I am a UK resident, what actions should I take?

If you have funds in Bit2Me, we recommend that you withdraw your funds before the specified deadline: December 31. Please note that your account will be limited to withdrawals only, which means that you will not be able to make new deposits. In order to comply with legal requirements, we will disable your account after this date. See the following articles for more information on how to withdraw your funds:

If you have no funds in your Bit2Me account, we would like to inform you in advance that your account will be automatically disabled after December 31.No need to take any further action after this point.

I bought tokens on Bit2Me Launchpad, what can I do?

In the event that you have tokens that are not currently released, your tokens will remain in your account until the time of release when you need to contact our verification department at  verifications@bit2me.com in order to withdraw them.
